Bout half planted

Here's what the first half of the planted stuff looks like --I've got to get cherry tomatoes peat moss and my herbs which won't be cheap but I've gotta get them yet 

So on to pics? 

There's my moms flowers has petunias moss roses and "something else" lol overall I think it looks like it will come out pretty nice

Cause I was there lol my mom asked what this was to my understanding it's a "wild edible" called plantain now normally I call it a "weed" I have never tested it but I think everyone should know what they have around them

And the replanted of the tree added plenty of feet so should do well for it with extra space too 

General update

I get to work tomorrow yay me! (My birthday) hopefully I can toss some ribbons or something in my hair just cause lol if not oh well I'll still have fun with it lol 

So I got to pull some weeds out I'm trying to figure what outhers are and this is gonna have some old pics in it too so heads up there 

First things first: you NEVER want to let tomatoes wilt! Mine normally wilt at the top once there outside so at that point I put them in water or water-soaked pot till they look better 

I'm corious to see what's growing in with the sunberries they're fun on there own tho need a LOT for one pie I may be able to make something with less just gotta freeze them

Topsy-turvies I think I have 2 more "somewhere" around think ones "herb" and ones "pepper" or the like I've only had tomatoes in so far and here in Wisconsin they need a TON of water and I wouldn't put more then a cherry tomato in them --I'm debating which to put in them so far because of the condition and number of plants I have ATM 

Now I personally like my plants a little snug/rootbound this was from the sorghum last year I pulled the dirt out of the pot it was in so well! Luckily that was a pot I was gonna replace cause it was broken but that's an instance of "rootbound" and that much in something you buy means bigger pot asap! 

And a quick once around before I get too much farther 

And I know I've got some catnip coming back! 

Has a very distinctive smell smell once know forever so I think --I am trying to save as much of it as possible may even have one container that's just catnip to play with making stuff and such 

Got maby half the total weeds out have to cut the Rosemary out think I'll put it back in there this year don't know bout lettuce or the onions I gotta plant yet gonna be fun to work out tho 

And I haven't baught ANY of my herbs yet! Have none sadly so gotta do that too 

First plant purchase!

I've been saying I'll be buying some and now I'm starting to I also did a quick recon of the pots too 

Let's be crazy first cause I feel like it my soul (front) is actually a little shorter then that rav-4 behind it I always find it funny the similarities between my car and the one my mom loves 

Plenty of tomatoes and peppers to start with and some flowers my tomatoes and couple things that I started 

I think that's now 3? In a container it's some heirloom raspberry plant lol but it does decently (there's also a yellow flower in there) 

Many more looks like my one Barbados cherry and possibly the star jasmine could be back I know the goji will be back 

The darker will be flowers the lighter herbs again 

Thinking I'll try similar again here mint will be mint orange I'm not certain ATM pink I'm thinking Rosemary again 

"Down the strip" bigger tomatoes smaller peppers the cracked I'm likely to replace

Post hardening

Let me first say once it's better out I think the plants will look better but here's why you don't do what I did

The day after they look generally ok 

And today they look pretty poor overall that's why you are advised to do a little at a time till there ready 

It's also been 50 windy and felt chilly to me lately not too "sunny" which is what they know (daylight bulb on on them) 

Overnight hardening

I'm back! Should have had this up before but meh everyone looked pretty good when I got home 

I'm glad they were fine some I think even grew a bit while I was out the sunberries are flowering but there the first to 

I also took the big plants outside

Which is something I've been meaning to do for a while the goji will be fine the rest I don't know we will see certainly 

 

Thought I took another pic but I don't see so meh here's the 50 million from outside essientally there thrown out while it's nice out and left overnight not the few hours working to overnight

The coloured tags are "mostly" because there's multiple plants in one spot so I can mark each one when I seperate I'll have enough mostly for peppers colours themselves are no meaning 

And inside I moved them around as well 

And ATM were trying to troubleshoot a 360 that's showing why I now have a Mac network and that's not counting the 2004 hp 2575 all-in-one that's wireless as long as the computers on (good enough for me given age think I've even printed from my phone on there once!) 

Well some mix of router and consume side looks to have it online now to get my profile BACK when it never should have left lol have fun yall 

Quick stop before leaving

Crapnav don't want me saying but we plan on leaving for a trip soon so I thought I'd be better checking on my plants before they die from like a week of niglect I'll be buying some plants later that's a fact of life for me cause some things I just can't grow 

I don't have pics of my big things but the goji is limping along the cherries and jasmine I just don't know yet time will tell (they should prolly be outside by now but I can't with my back so they'll go out when I get back assuming my back is better by then) 

In looking some tomatoes are better and a couple are dead the peppers overall look to be doing well overall and the sunberries are ticking along!

Hopefully that's a good start? The living ones I think all things considered are all doing pretty well 

When I get back I hope to try starting hardening everyone that's gonna be fun but big ones once there out they stay out cause they were out last year

Bad news in the neighbourhood

And no I'm not just talking about the swat team in the area (no clue why) 

On Monday I woke at like 7 to turn over in my sleep was in extreme pain went back to sleep struggled between trying to move with extreme pain and sleep all day at one point I was able to sit for 4 min or so then the pain hit worst I've experienced yet! Granted I'll be 26 in June but in 2014 I was working for 3 days on a broken bone and that was 1/3 what this is least as I recall I was able to stand for 10 seconds then had to go back down at that point I thought my mom get a true indication what's up so called and told to pass the memo I spent till she got home suffering in pain thinking if I should call an ambulance and how they would get in and all that stuff that nobody wants to think about normally 

When my mom got home she was ok with giving me one of the heavy dose narcs left over from the surgery (because let's face it I NEEDED it!) then felt like 5 min later she wanted me to get up/out I needed a TON of help between her and the bitches (crutches) it was a true struggle to get the 30' or so to get out did some ice stuff but not much 

The next day after her work I got taken in (I could move a little better) to an urgi care the first one I actually said "if she says there closed in gonna punch her" well I was nowhere near her or condition to but they were closed when everything allegedly said they were open (mom did research) so we went to another I swear I was standing clearly in pain for an hour while they tryied to figure out the insurance and I don't think they really cared that much about how much pain I was in (think: good hard punch to hip and may be in area) 

When I finally got to see doc took 2 seconds to rule pinched nerve then there seemed no concern at all about my job if I could work or not but I shouldn't drive with the muscle relaxants ok well I need to drive to get to work so wtf?! I do think I should have said something there but only with my concern did she offer a single day and I'm to be getting another day today see how I feel tomorrow when she says should be better 

The drugs don't seem to do that much but this morning after not having it was a pain to walk with them out of my system I'm hoping my normal TYNOL will be enough 

And yesterday I found another use for my Mac laptop as a cooling pad because of the metal exterior it goes kinda well any metal body computer may work (my win is plastic) 

So I'm hoping I can make it to work sat and sun not only because it's before a trip but also so they see I'm not joking tho doc may count for something there tho I'll ask them to try to take it easy on me and if I need my TYNOL or ibprophen or an ice pack I'll make/use/such lol don't doubt me there lol 

So here's to hoping the next few days keep getting better I know my plants should be outside by now or soon but I can't take them cause I can barely move (well better then Monday but I don't want to chance more damage so I may have to rig up something with moms help to get them outside
