Some pictures from the garden

I was out in the garden today watering after some massive heat these last couple days and I got some pictures

Any questions please ask!

My Corsican mint is starting to flower! Hopefully it starts to spread some?

There's the goji with its steak (a branch from our ash tree)

The cauldron I changed one of the rosemary cuttings the lemon verabena cutting and added the garlic that you see here and some of each mint as cuttings (there in a semi-contained cup with the bottom cut out) I plan on adding basil and I don't know what for the 5th thing? Also thinking some Corsican mint as well just as a little bedding type (like I'm doing with the goji)

There's the window box as y'all can see its going a little crazy

My 2 rosemary plants (the first especially I plan on using for BBQ skewers later in the year)

The Basil's

Stevia (ready for cuttings)

Greek oregano

Lemon verabena rosemary and cilantro

Lemon verabena

Basil

Catnip

Sage

Catgrass and stevia

Loofah and corn

Watermelon and corn

All those containers lol (there's a lot in there 2 peppers 2 flowers 1 tomato 2 smaller flower a lettuce that looks nearly dead)

My cotton candy mint is blooming! I'm gonna try to save seeds from it later see if anything comes from it or not? It could cross with the Corsican mint that's also flowering now?

Old seeds and new seeds

So I have a whole stack of seeds that I need to put into my system and I still have seeds to finish organising and such so when I get around to it I'll be pretty busy

There's a pic of some of the "old seeds" some date to 94/97 if I'm correct they'll be pulled from packaging which will go into that box the rest of the seeds will go into my system

A day late hoping there's no missing dollar?

Sorry y'all I didn't get this up yesterday when I should have yesterday seemed to just drag on and then it just went like wild fire outta nowhere and got nuts

In general everyone is looking pretty happy where in these pics not everyone does --I'll be certain to mark what everyone is

Also I think I need a new bulb for my cuttings as I think the incandescent is too hot (they've burned up apart from the mints)

A couple pics of my herb box

Basil (green with purple spots)

Lemon verabena

Catnip (this kinda came up wild so I saved it)

Sage

Stevia

Greek oregano

Cilantro

Garlic (being grown as chives from seeds not cloves)

Lemon catnip

Rosemary

Corsican mint (it will create a nice small little mat around in that pot I may move it to outher pots as well)

The goji after getting a little shock (you can look at past pictures of it)

The planter I planned and planted and all for my birthday (reference past posts to see what's what please)

The cauldron with sage rosemary and lemon verabena (as I have said this is just after taking the cutting it's looking a lot better today) im thinking I'll add some of the garlic (that's chives) mint (some of each but together in one spot most likely) the green and purple basil and I still have space for one more thing? I'm also thinking I may try to limit the mints spread some so it looks nicer maby add the Corsican mint to it later as well mostly for the pretty look lol

A couple pics of my loofah with the corn in there too (I'm trying to let the loofah get more sun so they'll get a bit bigger and I can start to train them on the trellis that I have there for them)

A watermelon and some watermelon seedlings that are coming up (due to the size of the fruit im not gonna try to get them on a trellis I'll just let them crawl around a little bit and such--I do plan on letting a couple go so far so I can get some seeds too)

Some of the tomatoes at the present

A scorcher

Would be funny if I had a flower garden that needed occasional burning but I don't it's 92 outside with 16mph winds gusting to 25 mph (and if I read that correctly 40% humidity)

On the weather I'm using an iPhone app that reads from local airports which the big one here is Kmke (literally also the closest one to me)

So I did some bush engineering as well as giving everyone a through watering only have a few pictures today

That's the yellow brandy wine that I started from seed it's getting big now!

There's the tomatoes the one front/middle with fruit is a Roma to both sides directly are tiny Tom to the right could be coyote seedlings then with the stick is yellow cherry in the back is the yellow brandy wine then back around and on the left is abe Lincoln I'm hoping to get seeds from everyone this year

There's my over engineered tomato trellis I do love having a big tree right here that will occasionally drop branches

And there's my loofah trellis granted the loofah isnt large enough to need it yet but it will be there and ready when it's needed

Some may not know this about me but I love bush engineering I love a good challange especially a mental one that gets things worked out and such lol I tend to keep a bunch of Outherwise random seeming things around (hemp some sort of tape some sort of glue basic tools and multi tools but no wd40 strangely enough)

Cutting update

So it looks like the lemon verabena likes the extra heat that the dome top provides (about 80-83 f during the day)the strawberries look to be doing well the noid mint dosent seem to like where it is and I'm thinking about pulling it putting it in water for a couple days then putting it in the mint pot (it is citrusy but I still don't think it's lemon balm that's a darker green if I'm right)

The outher stuff inside appears somewhat hit/miss as well but time will tell they all got rooting hormone on top of rooting hormone (mixed with water they were watered with) so they should be ok they are also inside in a topsoil/seed starter mix that's not well mixed at all --I think I will certainly go outside later to cheak on that garden as well as work on my seed organisation (that may be done by winter at this rate! Lol)
