The ones I have to plant

Wow I'm doing this hours later lol (I'm now waiting till "time" to go into my job lol) so let's just call this a pic spam of what I got ok? Ready? Set!

Edit: adding in names/info as I was *really* in a hurry to type this up before work

2 types of red lettuce (look like leaf I think ones romaine) I personally prefer red lettuce to green

BBQ rosemary - bay - sage punch - stevia - creeping thyme - lemon thyme

Pistu basil (maby boxwood small/compact) - lettuce leaf basil - lemon verabena (was incorrectly tagged but I know my plants) - Thai basil - chocolate mint - bay leaf

Apple mint - Corsican mint - Valentino basil - basil mint honeydew - mint mojito - rosemary honey lemonade - stevia - cinnamon basil juice

Oregano --from Craigslist they said it was too invasive and they thought it was a plain oregano

Garlic as garlic chives --this is what survived the winter in there (so I'm gonna change it for peat miss this year)

Top citronella left peppermint right sweetmint

Tricolour sage - mint julep - grapefruit mint

My moms salsa garden (there's buds starting all over!)

I really need to finish planting that don't I?

The strawberries that I don't 100% know if there coming back or not (my guess now is not)

The mint planter that I have to squeeze a TON more mint into

I think snappers may be coming back now --looked like possible basil *this* is why I wait till June!

The tomatoes (and peppers) look carefully and you'll see buds on some of these plants!

Raspberry appears to be doing well ATM! No flowers yet but soon I hope!

Blueberry not looking too well hopefully it will get leaves soon (it will bend so that's good!)

So as y'all can see I have plenty more to plant lol I also have flower buds starting to form! And my blueberrys don't look to well lol I think they'll be ok tho (I hope) I'm also trying a new way to root aka in wet sand we will see how that goes I do need to learn to tell perfectly wet too wet and too dry lol it's all the best sand I could find for the money! Lol (beach sand unbanked from a local beach)

Any questions about anything please ask (I may or may not edit to name everything if I do will be within the night)

Did edit lol --and have yet to see how the bay is doing today should see soon lol

Too many plants!

And to think I'm not done buying plants yet! But I have most of them atleast for now lol all that's left are the fruits I also have some older pics too fer y'all

Well as I no longer recall which are the ones lol here's an older pic --it's just our tulips

And here are some pics of our plants as of eirlighter --the big has sweet mint and is flooded the small looked like it had something I wanted growing on it so I'm waiting to see lol

My moms salsa garden and my zucchini

Zuichinni and the start of my windowbox! (Reg and lemon catnip Egyptian onions lemon balm pineapple sage lemon grass and tomatillos)

Stuff that's left to plant as of this morning (mints lol oregano flowers and citronella)

Here's that container I plan on giving my coworker like I said no drainage and kinda wiskeybarrel look to it too

Tomatoes and peppers

More tomatoes and peppers

There's what's left of my winter/solstice sewing experiment it wasn't as much a success as I had expected it to be some of those I think are stinging nettle (a weed) so we will see some are what I planted too again we will see in time no less I atleast wanna wait till there good plants (atleast a few leaves am prolly ok on the fruit trees ATM

And here's AFTER my purchases today! I didn't need that much of anything AT ALL! But one place had a sale plus buy 3 get 1 free and the outher had basil about half off so I would like to think I did some good buying? All that's left are 2-3 more things plus my fruits

Then just for the fun of it here's 2 pictures of the puppy jennel if you look closely you'll see the leash I made her I hope she gets better with my gardening stuff we will see

I'll be sure to post pics when I have everyone planted! (Or most of them lol)

Couple new pots and a little challenge

So Aldis has had topsy-turvy type planters for 5 bucks each I have yet to take a super good look at mine I just got 2 tomato and herb ones I also have 2 pure topsy turvy from the dollar store as well and I do intend to use them all this year as well one I think I'll put coyote tomatoes in the rest I don't yet know I might try goji or who knows? As a crazy experiment lol

I also found a planter that I can use to make something nice for my co-worker ATM I'm thinking a mini starter herb garden so I'll prolly have stuff about that too till I give it to her (the pot was a quarter the dirt I get ultra cheap and most of the plants I'll be rooting cuttings of in the good dirt before moving over there may try some in there too --so in that case the only cost to me is time which I can deal with to help her out)

It's loosely like a whiskey barrel "type" thing but a LOT smaller and ill need to add drainage or work something out so it don't get too much or little water

So ATM I've gotta get up at 4:30 so I can be to work at 6 am! I warned one person I'm not a morning person so I hope everything goes ok the coworker of mine to do this said its busy but its steady too so hopefully it's not too bad for me we will see I just hope there aren't many kids meals ordered because I'm from 3rd and sence valentines day (when I started) I can count the number of kids meals I personally have made on one hand: 0 yes that is a zero lol I know how to make most of the rest of the menu that we have ok tho so that will help lol

Well wish me luck!

Some planted

Ok so sence I have to get some sleep before work I'm mostly gonna post pics ill get tags with in another post later (once were closer to done planting everything) I know I still have plenty more to buy tho and its also very early yet to be planting (around June 4 my average which is my birthday) also our puppy broke a clay pot luckily not a planted one but its still annoying I think

So right now we have tomatoes peppers zucchini and even my moms Mother's Day gift planted (a salsa garden) I have to finish my window box and get a couple fruits and that I'm even starting to debate switching from clay to plastic for some pots just cause the puppy who is afraid of water may break them (and they can break by themselves)

So on to the pics? Again if you wanna know what anything is just ask (describe what pic/pot/where it is or that)

This is different for this app!

Ok so this is just an example of what I look for #1 is the top that its bushy and not too leggy or that (this ones a tad leggy) and roots I actually like a little rootbound about like this I wouldn't go much further tho

Another plant but that's what happens when you shake the rootball it looks nice and loose

There's the container the puppy broke! As you can see no chance for repair we also got a hanging basket to have that strawberry in that it needs to get moved over but I can only think of one way and I need a board (flip on top then dump into new pot)

Ok so here is the mint pot (no signs of anyone coming back but still early so if they do they have a chance still) ATM thats sweet mint but I was gonna get chocolate orange mojito ky colonel grapefruit and whatever else I can (apple too maby hopefully more too) I am a mint ADDICT! And I'll admit it! But it gets tight with just one pot (also we may add drainage to this pot this year)

Here is my moms Mother's Day gift (we talked about it and this is what we agreed on) it's a salsa garden there's 3 tomato plants 3 peppers 2 tomatillos and 2 herbs (dill and cilantro but I think she was thinking dill was rosemary or chives or "something else" lol)

Here is my zucchini and my windowbox the zucchini is so I can make relish (oh I LOVE the stuff! Way better then anything in any store if you ask me! And a batch can last a couple years!) then it looks like my catnip plants will be back (still a little early yet) so I left them alone as much as I could but there are 5 tomatillos (1 pack had 2 another had 3) some lemon balm lemon grass pineapple sage and walking onions it's not even half full yet I plan on getting some rosemary maby another sage some lemon verabena possibly (just cause I like it lol) basil and who knows? Lol

The cauldron with garlic as chives oregano (in the bag from Craigslist) and moms flowers that I think I paid for for her! But meh she got the pot and dirt

As I've said it's early! But I think I have some basil coming up so I'm just leaving that alone long enough that I can see yes or no

Tomatoes (ill name them later)

Peppers --I'll name later but this pot has a jab and a couple outhers I "mixed up" a pack and used it in here

More tomatoes! Naming later

Peppers! Naming later

Tomatoes (naming later)

My everbearing heritage raspberry in the same pot it was in last year (thinking it would benifit a larger and plastic pot) I'm also thinking I want a yellow raspberry too this year

Here is my blueberry --I'm thinking ill buy 1-2 more this year including a pink one as well

And that's what's happened with my winter sewing attempt clearly I failed pretty badly but atleast something's coming up with some of them! So time will tell on them like what they are and that ill prolly have them in for winter but will see

Well I need to crash as I have to work tonight --will see how things go and don't hesitate to ask questions or that
