Played and pics

I took some time to cheak on and play with everyone and there's still some few seeds that aren't coming up I may just try them in small containers outside "or something" because ATM I don't have signs of germination and one is the tulsi basil but another is the fine leaf dwarf bush basil so maby there's something off? Time will tell and if nothing I can just buy more lol

So I also contacted the post because there are 4 things I know of that are missing one from a company --who seems to refuse to answer my emails now! And to me it looks like I got "were truly sorry were trying" but don't really care form that they filled what gets me most in the missing mail is that it's truly from all over this time! So someone somewhere has to know what it is and that be why they took it --that's the only thing I can figure from stuff from FEB and March not getting here yet! It defo makes me suspitious!

So back to my greenhouses?

I have a few more seeds starting to germinate and I added air to the bags in hopes that helps some of them

Clearly even now the bombs aren't anywhere near as lush as it was claimed they would be!

There's the general of the greenhouse

Tho hard to see those are my mesquite seeds and look to be germinating to me

Everyone together bay in the little greenhouse as well and the inflated bags as well

And it looks like I have another bud on my dragon fruit plant!

What's left of my "farm" kit on top of the packaging another dunecraft failure? I think so! I would not advise buying anything from them ever (unless clearance and dirt cheap!)

And my aloe plant I don't think it's too happy or doing that super well but it's still alive which I think is good

I also added air to my 3 ziplocs with some stuff (one some large and healthyier type of avacado some avacadoes and some guava) I also have a ziploc with some dirt and guava seeds in a container and it looks like I have a sprout in there!

New challenge/quick update

Ok guys let's make this a million times harder lol

I have approval to go back to work on the 21st I'm excited and I'm glad I'll finally be making money again (I NEED it!) but that also makes things much much harder too in a way namely I'm not sure how my speed will be (there it's KEY) the plus is our regular customers will know I was missing and one of them knows why as well (I told her lol) so I prefer to be in the kitchen over not ATM atleast I think unless stuff was really changed around I should still know most of the stuff we would need to know just re-building after time off and I don't know if I'll still be on my shift (most likely) or if my boss will have me serve or that lol but we have a good boss that I can talk to

Some sprouting and general update

So I finally got to cheak on my greenhouses looks like issues are back and going on with the big one hopefully it's nothing too crazy

I think that was an accidental shot but if those I have a few that are starting to germinate

Birdhouse gourd

Pomegranate

Lemon cukecumber

Honey mesquite tree

Mesquite tree

I must say some is coming up faster then I expected some taking longer then I expected

I've also moved the bay and my dragonfruit into there so it's more crowded now but I hope everyone's looking ok but I'm not cheating as I'd like lol

Germ testing/seeding technique

Ok so I lied with yesterday I was just too tired when I planned on doing it but I'm doing atleast some today

There's the final product the ones on the right look more green that's because I did them today they include 2 pepper mixes chilly chili a tomato mix and some tulsi basil

And here's how I did it:

Started with a coffe filter these are from aldis (200 at 1.19)

I fold it up

Tag and spray then start 2 PC tp next

Fold into quarter and spray

Stack

Put seeds on

Put in dry ziploc (also from aldis) then spray a few more times push air out

Roll and put in the tray on the heating mat

More seeds and another experiment

So I'm in the process of planting more seeds to "cover" in a way for some of the seedlings I lost from my injury I'll list them later

I've also heard of "asprin water" for plants however google is very general "3 asprin per 4 gallons of water" ok so what dosage are those 3? Are they 325 mg? Or are they 80 mg? So I have to figure it out "somehow" so I'll be experimenting with that however my asprin is coated

I do plan on testing some with some germinating seeds 3 groups 1 control 1 fert water stuff that I'm using right now and 1 with the asprin water I plan on doing atleast 3 varieties of stuff for a baseline and hopefully a good sample size

Ok so no pics today because the phone (4s) was low and dying on me and I plan on more/better tomorrow/when I do more seeds

Ok so sofar I've planted:
Acai (semi old seeds that I'm trying to get going and have been trying to get going)
Unknown tomato (was in with basil)
Grandpa Gary's dwarf green tomato (have heard this is a good indoor producer and intend to try it as such)
Apple pepper
Greek oregano
Money plant
Birdhouse gourd (I actually should have grown this last year for rusty spade blog/site but didn't so I'm trying this year in containers)
Fine leaf dwarf bush basil
Double peony poppy
Chinese lantern
Chabaud carnation
Ylang-ylang (older that I think it's past time to grow!)
Juniper (cedar) (looked like they all may have been growing so doing all)
Early Alaska pea
Pomegranate
Bulgarian carrot pepper
Guava
Lemon cucumber *
Sugar apple
Honey mesquite tree
Mesquite tree
Luffa (older seeds)
Rain Lilly (seemed most are dead)
Stargazer Lilly (something seemed odd)

The cucumber allready has start on germ tails! Those were put in last night!

We'll have fun guys and enjoy hopefully I'll be back *very* soon!

Some good pics

Can you tell I'm eager for the season to start? Cheated on everyone today and it seems there doing really well! Because the 4s battery was stupid low I grabbed the i5 again I personally am thinking it takes better pictures --so on to the pics? My terrible handwrighting is clearly featured I think lol

I'm not certain what this tomato is I'm guessing coyote (had it marked to something that wasn't a tomato lol) but because the stem broke I'm not certain if this will survive but it's buryied deep enough it should

Or maby that was just a coyote that broke and this was the mismarked? Eighter way neighter is marked anymore lol so we will see how they do given time

So that's everyone on there own I think there looking great! There all defo "surviviors" given what they've been thru this year!

Lower closer to light

And higher further away

Now I wasn't worried about leggy tomatoes because my plan the whole time was to bury them as you see which makes more roots and better stronger plants

With that many pictures is it any wonder I had to reboot the i5 2 times to get the pictures to text via iMessage over on my 4s?

Replants and tags!

So I had an interview toga I really hope it goes well I'm gonna apply a couple more places for giggles because lol I can before that I did some work with my greenhouses

Namely that was replanting my 2 sunberry plants

I even think I see some good news!

And that was everyone before I left

Then I got most everyone in larger containers after I got home but my battery died so I stole my moms iPhone 5 (in fairness I told her I was taking it to get pics) so if the next bunch seen really different that's why

That's the fruit trees I wintersewed last year I still have no clue what they are

And I may end up with indoor beans somehow lol hopefully we can get a couple

Also I saw the perfect trellis stick that came off our ash now I wanna grow something that climbs simply to make use of it!

So how do the i5 pics look? I do plan on getting a 5s unless I fall in love with 6 then that lol
